Generate cheap, green electricity from the sun

Solar panel electricity systems, also known as solar photovoltaic (PV), capture the sun’s energy using photovoltaic cells. These cells can produce electricity on a cloudy day as well, it does not need sunlight always .The cells convert the sunlight into electricity and this can be used to run household appliance’s and electricity.

  • Reduce your electricity bills. Sunlight is free, so once you’ve paid for the initial installation, your electricity costs will be reduced.
  • Get paid for the electricity you generate. The UK government’s Feed in tariff pays you for the electricity you generate, even if you use it.
  • Sell electricity back to the grid. If your system is producing more electricity than you need, you can sell the surplus back to the grid.
  • Cut your carbon footprint. Solar electricity is green renewable energy and it does not produce any pollutants.

How do solar panels (PV) cells work?

PV cells are made from layers of semi-conducting material, which is silicon. When sunlight shines on the cell it creates an electric field across the layers. The stronger the sunshine, the more electricity is produced. Groups of cells are mounted together in panels or modules that can either be mounted on your roof or on the ground. The power of a PV cell is measured in kilowatts peak (kWp). That’s the rate at which it generates energy at peak performance in full direct sunlight during the summer. Cost, savings and maintenance If you have a solar PV installed at home, it will automatically take the power you’ve generated to your appliances, so a most of the power you use during the day will be free. During the night times, or if you use more energy than you produce, your power supply will switch back to the grid. You won’t notice any disruption just less electricity bills. To make the most of free electricity, it’s best to use appliances like dishwashers and washing machines during the day. Solar panel systems can’t store electricity, so if you produce more than you use during the day, any excess will be fed into the national grid for others to use.

Why choose us

We are MCS accredited installers of both Solar PV We are members of RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code)and the Solar Trade We use professional and independent modeling software (PVSol) alongside the Standard Assessment Procedure calculations. This software enables us to design you a bespoke system that takes into account all of the elements that require consideration. This includes roof orientation, pitch, shading, inverter quality, panel performance and local weather conditions. We are able to maximize your output, ultimately maximizing your investment. Any supplier does not bind us,we have over 40 panel manufacturers on our books. This means we are able to directly compare one type of panel & inverter combination with another. Our quoting process is quick and easy. A site visit will take around 1 hour and will allow us to email a quote within 4 hours.

Free replacement for old boilers is available under ECO (Energy Company Obligation) scheme. It offers free survey and if the boiler is approximate more than 8 years old. It offers free replacement with A-rated condensing boilers. In non mains, the replacement is allowed for LPG/Oil boilers. It is an initiative by affordable warmth to lower down energy bills cost of lower income households.

We are certified for insulation services like cavity wall, external wall and loft insulation. We work under ECO (Energy Company Obligation) schemes which offer free funding for few wall and loft insulations.

We offer cavity wall extraction process that includes removal of previous improper installation instances from wall cavities. Improper instances occur due to unexpected circumstances or selection of wrong property type.
