Work Work’s TrustMark trade code suspension lifted

Home energy solutions provider resumes solid wall insulation works following the lifting
of TrustMark’s trade code suspension.

  • Work Work is now offering the full range of home decarbonisation and retrofit solutions,
including their new solar and battery products, underpinned by a robust compliance
    framework.
  • Work Work calls for higher industry standards to support the Government’s drive to
improve the energy efficiency of homes, a few weeks after the Chancellor committed to
delivering the £13.2bn Warm Homes Plan to upgrade five million homes.

Work Work has today confirmed that TrustMark – the Government-endorsed quality
assurance scheme for home energy solutions – has lifted their temporary trade code
suspension on the company for solid wall insulation measures.

This follows constructive engagement with TrustMark, and now means the various minor
administrative and operational issues have now been resolved, which were unrelated to the
integrity of works carried out.

The lifting of the suspension means Work Work can resume delivering solid wall insulation
measures, alongside their full-range of services, from other home insulation solutions to
home heating and renewables solutions, all available on various finance options. This
includes their recently launched solar and battery product, which is helping to make the
latest home decarbonisation solutions affordable to everyone.

Bipin Jha, Managing Director of Work Work said:
“Being reinstated by TrustMark is an important milestone – it’s a reaffirmation of the trust
placed in us by our customers and the consistent performance we have delivered over the
past two decades.

We’ve further strengthened our compliance framework, which means we are now better
placed than ever before to deliver our full suite of retrofit and decarbonisation solutions to
property owners up and down the country.

A thriving home insulation sector will be critical to delivering the Government’s Warm Homes
Plan, which we were pleased the Government committed to delivering at this month’s
Spending Review. But driving ever-higher standards in the sector will be critical to building
trust amongst property owners, which will in turn ensure the success of this programme. We
therefore want to use our experience to help Government, Ofgem, Trustmark and the wider
sector to introduce clearer and more comprehensive guidance and standards for installers.”
